You think its easy to stay in a pub all day ?? You try it...and after you've done it a couple of days...you'll learn to give abit more respect for what they do.

god knows.. but i know my boyfriends dad who know!!! ok so he does go to work, but then straight after work, he will go down the pub abd stay there till closing time. This is every single night, 7 days a week. I dont know how he does it or why he would want to do it (ok i admit that i like a drink now and again, but everyday.. no way!) i think that the people who dont work, must claim benifets and then spend there benifets money on beers.. sad lifes really and us working people have to pay for that behaviour!!!

I'm amazed by people's distorted idea of what social security amounts to - Living on benefits is a pretty damn miserable existence, and 35 quid a week might just pay for food and an occasional bottle of tesco value cider. It isnt going to pay for a single day in the pub.
Friend of mine, lived with parents, worked in the building trade from 6am - 6pm for six months, then spent the other six p*ssing what he'd saved against the wall. Not a life i'd choose, but he was happy with it.

Most are retired individuals, there are very few that are young and they go there because they have money, been in a pub is not cheap. If you are refering to the ones in the colleges or universities well school loans, parents, bank loans are your answer.

They get government hand-outs such as "job-seekers" allowence and other benifit hand-outs.
They probably do a bit of work on the side for cash-in-hand to avoid the tax-man and so as they can keep on claiming benifits, then they drink it all away.
It's annoying because it's mine (and yours) taxes that are paying for their leisurly lifestyle of drinking!

I understand your question and can't give an answer because I do not know.
If you find the magic answer leave it on screen. I need the money, not the booze.

You go in and whenever you feel the urge to get up and walk out, you restrain yourself.
Yes, it takes a bit of practice.
