It's because you have lots of sebacious glands on your back. Benoxyl type treatments usually work. But maybe, tea tree oil in your bathwater will be better. See a doctor, it's hard to apply anything on your back yourself. So maybe something like an antibiotic ointment is called for - especially if you're not a teenager any more! Maybe a course of antibiotics too.

essence of lavender, dab a bit on do not pop the spot as this will push the infection deeper and can scar. get spots on my back quite often but tend to find the summer sun clears them up very well.

Use a tea tree oil body wash and use a cheap mud face mask on weekly, that should soon clear it up. If not go see doctor as you may need a course of anti-biotics if they are pretty bad. Good Luck xx

Adjust your mirrors so you can't see your back side. The really important things to you should only be in front of you anyhow.

shower every day especially in hot weather... use teatree oil on the area and drink lots of water

i used to have a face full, dont use too much chemicals it makes them worse, just have one cream and relax. otherwise stress makes them double. i got mine as i foyu read my profile you will see how active i am, sweat doesnt help.
