My computer restarts suddenly without warning...after restart, I get the message "Your computer has recovered from a severe error"....the problem still occurs after reinstalling windows and putting SP2 pack.....could someone help me with this?

I think it is a hardware error, normal it could be that something is overheated. Check out your CPU and graphics GPU temperatures and make sure it is under 55 degrees.

Format your C: drive, then Reinstall your windows.
If prob still exits contact hardwar people coz your harddish might have BAD SECTORS.
