Should all females by required to undergo psychiatric evaluation before assuming managerial positions?

Someone “probably Freud” would argue that since females are disempowered since childhood and full of insecurities, they would normally turn into tyrants and abuse their positions if given any managerial spots

Beside they are more susceptible to the effects of their dysfunctional hormones, that is a proven fact.

As a fellow male you know as well as I that the women are not going to accept this unless we men have to go through this too. Being that this is case do you really want to have suck it up and put yourself through a psyche eval in order to get a managerial position? As far as I know, most companies give psychiatric evaluation to men and women alike. Women may be subject to their unreliable surging hormones but then, men are more subject to vice and may easily be tempted by female workers. Thus the reason why there are now more working women and more men at home just bumming up.

I think your theory is wrong. Only if they were abused in childhood and even then the chances are slim they would turn into abusers themselves. I think this theory works for men though. You must be an egotistical male who is oppressive to women and full of your own crap.

In business I have found that women demand more out of their employees because they had to work a little harder to get to their level of authority... That is why I am releaved whenever I have a woman doctor or accountant or lawyer

weman are moody but it really has nothing to do with managment skills. pretty much your a pussy if you cant handle a woman as a manager. My manager is a woman and pregnant, sometimes crazy mainly to do with her pregnancy but i suck it up like a real woman and take it as it comes. huraaaah b*tches.
