The placei use, is Limewire. It's illegal, because the only legal way to download music is if you pay by the song, but it is free. Just go to Limewire.com and get Limewire basic. Before you download it, makesure you have java first.

go to www.limewire.com and download the limewire software(its free) and then u can download any song 4 free

Best bet you have here is getting a P2P filesharing program.
You know, LimeWire, KaZaA, Bearshare, Ares, etc.
I use Ares. :P
