why is it happening time n again that my internet goes out timef and again while I am searching on internet?

is it due to the reason that my microsoft internet explorer is not working properly or what?Can anyone pls tell me and give me any idea.Is it due to the reason that I have turned off my microsoft updates off

you probably have a bad connection

Looks like the Internet doesn't like you. I would take it personally.

It is unlikely to be your browser, although you could try a different one like Firefox. What sort of connection do you have?
