How about this for a stupid religious question:

"Do fish believe in their own God? If so: is it just as likely
that they are wanting to go to war with us humans for us believing in what they think is a false god?",

We start wars for the whole false idols thing in one form or another (most religions have this caveate, mostly as a protection clause I think),

As we have developed intelligence, it follows that other member of the animal kingdom will eventually:

So What will happen when other animals evolve sentience? They will develop a belief system to fill in the gaps of what they don't understand (just as humans did in our pre-history and where our following of early natueral gods (ie. sun gods, rain gods, etc.,))....

So, theoretically: could the theatre of religous war start between species?

Alright, clever people, not sentience...what happens when they evolve intelligence...

Don't hate me, but you are using 'sentience' and 'intelligence' as if they mean the same thing - but they do not. To be sentient is to be capable of feeling physical sensations - principally, pain and pleasure. Plenty of sentient organisms are not intelligent - or not intelligent enough to have religious belief systems (even though that doesn't require great intelligence).

But to answer your question: - it is highly unlikely that we would allow another species on this planet to survive if it showed signs of rivalling us in what intelligence we have.

Fish believe in COD!

It's not faith itself but the abuse of the faith to make people beleive that they are doing things 'in God's name' when what they are really doing is being led and deceived by evil men who only want to more power and money.

I don't think animals will evolve into this as they only really want peace and lunch (I know because I have a cat and he has no ambition to take over the world).

....Maybe a lot of animals have thought about a God and where they came from, they either haven't got the comunication skills to pass this on to their peirs, or they just think... 'never mind' and chase a bug or something instead, cos that's more fun!

All in the universe praise and worship the One God. Only humans have a choice and only humans commit heinous acts against each other. Humans also have a soul and will therefore face judgment. Animals do not have free will. Also, humans did not evolve from animals, although they can regress into becoming lower than animals in their behavior and treatment of other humans.

I believe many animals have already reached that point. For example chimpanzees and dolphins. I swear my dog is pretty clued in as well sometimes. Remember, there is only a tiny difference between us and chimps in terms of our DNA. We just got there first.

that's a good one. well considering there's a monkey and some pigs running the whitehouse, i'd say an inter-species religious war has already happened. : )

Animals are sentient beings!

I think that you meant to say "rationality" instead of "sentience".
