If there was something wrong with apes, and they needed to evolve why are they still here?

A common misconception is that we evolved from apes. Actually, we have a common ancestor, which evolved to fit each habitat etc etc, which eventually branched out and created monkeys, apes, and us humans.

Think of it like a family. Apes, monkeys, chimps, etc, would be like our brothers, cousins, things like that. We didn't come from them, we all sort of came from one source.

Or, you know, "all evolutional theories are false." That sure explains everything. *cough*

Humans were one group of ape but the other apes are relatives not ancestors so that means that there was a split long ago separating us from the others.
So they're kinda like our country cousins instead of a whole diferent species.

because evolution is flawed. they say that some genetic tampering was done to create humans on earth. they took ape ovum and fertilized it with alien sperm. they made us into their image and likeness! we were created because they needed resources in this planet that they cannot extract due to the earth's incompatible environment. then they left us. in amnesia of our origins.

read this somewhere, but of course, people are gifted with extreme imaginings!

if that's the case there why are there any other animals other than man, who is said to be at the top. there was something wrong with every other animal if you believe we all came from a single prokarytic(sp) cell
