Drive a few miles out from Miami to Homestead Florda. Visit the Coral Castle. It was built in the late 1800's by a man named Ed who levitaed ton laden coral stones and carved into them.
He only worked at night and used some sort of crystal power! It is a phenominal place. As a matter of fact Billy Idol the rock singer visited the castle back in the 1980's and was so inspired by the story of Ed that he wrote the song "Sweet Sixteen" about ED and how he built the castle for his long lost love.
Yeah I would definetely go there legend has it as well that whole area was said to have been a part of ancient Atlantis!

Look toots, I don't know what's on the West coast other than farmland and Tractor pulls. If you want to have a real good time, you gotta head over to the east coast enjoy Miami Beach (bikini top optional) and check out some of the hot spots on South Beach. You seem a tad young for these other suggestions.
Also, you should be fine if you visit with girlfriends but bouncers will only let so many guys in at a time. Have fun.

Drive across Alligator Alley, and stop to see the gators, birds, etc. The everglades is a pretty cool place if you're into nature...but I wouldn't advise any skinny-dipping :-)
