go to tool-->internet options-->delete cookies and delete files
and stop looking at porn!

you must open "internet settings" at the top of page in "tools" and clear all hystory of internet . 2nd: you must download the "system mechanic4" free from "IOLO" company site.. it will erase all histories from your computer..

You can use CCleaner to clean all your cache, for programs, cookies, and recent files open, http://www.ccleaner.com/ , it's a freeware.

click on the clock with the green arrow on it and right click the day and hit delete. what sites i wonder.....
