I think that psychics are frauds. But I am open minded. If there are any real psychics out there, prove it. My email is mickster775@yahoo.com. Send me something that will prove me wrong. impress me with your ability. Come on, don't let anything but the lack of psychic power stop you

I am not asking for lottery winning numbers or anything that will compromise you beliefs. Just give me an impression of a vibe or whatever about the future or the past or a dead relative or anything else that will show supernatural abillity.

The brain operates with electricity. There are different kinds of waves and variations in their waveforms and frequencies suggest different 'signals' being sent from one part of the brain to another. It's a very inexact science, but it appears - new tests have shown - that some of these waves do pass through the skull into the open air surrounding the head. The air, of course, is filled with a million other waveforms, yet for example a mobile telephone can discern, pick out and interpret certain signals sent at pre-programmed frequencies from a transmission tower.

I am sceptical by nature, so I have yet to see a psychic that convinces me. But it's not inconcievable that some people have honed their ability to recieve and interpret those dim brainwaves that are emitted by other people's brains. Some experts in neuroscience are currently working on machines that may be able to do this. Come back ten years and they'll probably be able to tell you more...

I haven't really seen any evidence of a consistent ability to predict things. On a personal level I have experienced thinking something and some one else would answer a question I had thought in my head. I think we all might have psychic abilities of some sort.

I think that psychics are just people who can hone into stuff well. For example, if someone comes in and says 'I want a reading about my love life' and there is a look in their eye that says their heart is breaking, and they keep nervously twiddling their fingers then the psychic isn't likely to say 'it seems everything in your love life is going fantastically at the moment!'... they're going to pick up on these little signals and say 'I'm sorry to see that you are having such a tought time in your love life, try not to let it overtake your life anymore than it already has' etc. It's not supernatural, just human empathy.

In a word, no. Quantum technology shows no data that the mind is effected with the help of the destiny--in common words that photons look to have get proper of entry to to suggestions related to their objective. it really is an large bounce to talk of the mind. Bem's experiments (which have not been reproduced effectively with the help of others) had not some thing to do with quantum technology, and there have been inconsistencies modern-day in Bem's approaches with the help of Ray Hyman of the college of Oregon--that were then treated as although they used an same technique. those inconsistencies, blended with flaws in the "random" decision procedure were chanced on to create a objective-decision bias. In different words, he skewed the suggestions in his favor. Bem also identifies himself as a psychic researcher, and should be presumed from his previous artwork to have a good bias and a favor to educate that psychic phenomena exist, particularly than impartially attempt to locate the reality. this does not bar the prospect that paranormal phenomena are actual, yet there have been none proven in this set of experiments. i'm very upset with the golly-gee-whiz credulity and finished lack of undertaking, criticism, or exam with the help of the Psychology at present article. they have extremely fallen down in high quality. it really is a sort-new article--even the most cursory actuality-checking with the help of the author ought to have grew to grow to be up the criticisms and flaws in the experiments. Granted, Psychology at present isn't any medical mag, yet a marginally fluffy time-honored mag, yet that's nevertheless extremely sloppy journalism, in case you could also call it that. they don't look to be doing their readers any favors.

At a most basic level....who has NEVER said the phrase...I felt like I was being watched.----FELT like I was being watched. Does this not suggest we have some form of sense outside of sight, hearing, speech and touch?

I saw a study comparing Techniques of Ancient Ninja assasins to modern day special forces tactics. Several physics went into trances, and drew pictures of a house where a simulated "target" for assasination would be hiding. More than one knew the exact room in the house the target would be located in.

Also is the fact that if there is nothing to remote veiwing, why did the us and ussr spend so much time and money researching it?

I have been to psychics/mediums, and the things they said about long dead family members that they could not have known. One also told me about a trip I took my boy on the day to an aquarium and she even told me about the jellyfish my boy was fascinated with.
