There are several luxury and 5 star hotels! Anyone could satisfy your demands and wills! If I may, I would advice to travel around, enjoy real Crete! Visit the Diktaeon Andron, where Zeus was kept as an infant, Ag. Nikolas, Ierapetra, Knossos, Sitia, Zakros, Pachia Ammos, etc.! I am certain you will enjoy and get enough strength to get you over all winter!

I really enjoyed staying at the Creta Maris. Very nice rooms & pool/beach with excellent food & staff.
