1, go by boat to Puah, Kedah than catch up the high way from Alor Setar down south reach Tapah and you can travel from there to Cameron Highland.
2, take a flight from Langkawi Airport to KLIA follow our Malaysian highway up North to Tapah and you can travel from there to Cameron Highland.

Rent a car and drive there. You don't have to go straight to CH since ther are many interesting places to visit along the way. If you pass through Kedah using the Federal Road, try thr Nira juice[ malay call air nira] , is the best drink i have ever try.
