Since Naruto didn't graduate from the Ninja Academy for three years and since Neji,Rock Lee,& Tenten graduated one year before Naruto's team, doesn't that mean they were classmates?!

No... they weren't classmates...
...how come they didn't knew him when the first met in the chuunin exam if they were classmates?...
...yeah, he failed, but that doesn't mean that they were classmates...
...and since he was little, the other eight of the rookie nine were his classmates...

Naruto failed the exam three times but I think the exam is probably give quarterly. Naruto and his classmates are all 12, Neji and his team are all 13.

I'm sorry, I don't think so.
Neji is one-year older than naruto and he probably graduated before naruto and his classmates.

They were one year older than Naruto so I think the classes of Konoha is catagorized by the age. ^__^

maybe and maybe not but if they were in the same grade maybe they didn't know each other cause they are in the different class, do u remember how the group are founded by the third hokage it's the same as their parent.so maybe their class are separated
