Not really,
HOWEVER, some partners can be very difficult, abusive and not very loving and this can drive someone into the arms of another.
Best thing is, end one thing before starting another.

Ask yourself this question.
"Would I mind if I found out my partner had been cheating on me?"
If the answer is no - then you don't have much of a relationship anyway.
If the Answer is yes - then imagine how your partner would feel if they found out that you were.
Is it worth it for a couple of hours fun?
In my experience, most affairs don't last too long and then you get a terrible feeling of guilt.
So what it boils down to is if you are sexually frustrated - buy a vibrator! They don't tell tales!

no, there could never be a valid reason for cheating, specially on your partner. whatever situation would become, cheating is cheating and nothing more.

yes there is, especially when you get warned first. Mostly people cheat to fill the void in their home. for Example; women refuses sex with husband for over a year by giving all the excuses in the world. After patience run out, man makes sure woman understands that "if you don't do it don't complian when someone else does it for you." Now man finds woman who want sex. What do u think man will do?
Reverse same situation for women.

No, because if you want to cheat, you can always be honest with your partner & break up with them instead. Everyone deserves better than to be cheated on by someone they love, & they will ultimately respect you more if you break up with them first than if you cheat on them & then break up with them. Also, a good person never wants to cheat, because good people don't want to endure the guilt they will feel for betraying the trust of someone who loves them & possibly exposing them to STDs. Only a bad person wouldn't feel any remorse for such an action.

Do you think there is a valid reason that someone could have to cheat on You?
You could ask them to consider an open relationship (non-monogamy, with total honesty). You could ask them if they want a threesome?
