It isn't in your field; but it would make a good temporary fix...there are a ton of people needed in the commercial air conditioning/freezer companies...someone close to me was also into your field...but he could only find work with these type companies...and surprisingly, he has done so well with it; he stayed in it...going on 11 years. It's an idea anyway. He went back to school and got all his certifications very quickly...while he was earning a living. It's not too shabby.

I'm an Electronics Engineer (with over 3 years experience) and a Computer and Networking Engineer (with over 1 1/2 years of experience and I'm only 21!), and I'm still trying to find a job! Good luck though! :P
