Yes, you just imagine hell (or something like it) and feel better that you are not in it, then you imagine these people burning in hell and feel a whole lot better.
Remember, smile to the rude person, not because you're being nice, or any psychological thing, you are picturing him flailing around in flames. You neutralized his weapon of terror.
I've worked in customer service. For me, it helps.
Now, with stupid people, that stills give me a fit. Customer is right, my a**. Luckily my boss and I were on the level.

i have been contrary at times, not meaning anything about it when in the right state of mind, and not talking about drugs or alcohol,in which i do drink, but i can can say a beer or a shot every now and again has nothing to do with it,for i get happy when i drink, for some health issues can not be explained with out going into great details, but the old wise tale think before you speak,i just wish i could think at times when my oxgen content drops to a dangerous level, even then the oxgen i use does not seem to help at that moment,
but i do not want any ones prayers for i choose my own destiny, all i ask is understanding if i ever come off short, rude, snappy, and some questions i may have prompted other than the sex ones,i should of went maybe another route addressing the issue,of my beliefs, but no man is perfect in anyway at any time

Some teens these days have the outlook that the world owe's them something. But being rude is an impolite and arrogancy towards the world. Not just towards the elders but even towards shop assistances, parents, siblings and even people who care for them. I have never lived in such a heartless world, I don't judge someone for being rude to people but I don't disown them. I try to communicate with another why they feel this way. Seriously its not always easy to establish. Being abused by elder people has sometimes triggered this issue but its not to blame for there problems

When you grow up and have to make a living, you find you CAN tolerate lots of rude people....you learn how to deal with them, and in some cases help them not be so rude. Other times, you just grin and bear it. Another day. Another dollar.

People are the same no matter what. We all have the same dreams, etc., so when people are rude, don't take it personally. Just be a good example yourself and show them in this way the error of their ways!

Up to a certain extent. If they're just generally rude, I have patience for that. But if you cross the line, i.e. expect me to do things, deprive me of my rights, offend someone close to me, steal my money, be annoyingly sticky........AND you're persistently rude, I'll have to take action bout that. And I can assure you it wont be pretty.

As a rule I don't, but once in a while one makes excuses for the sweet and sexy, even if they are rude. Oh! and definitely when they shower their kind and flirty attention on you.
