Was it easy to resolve and have the account re-instated?

I was sick a few months back and forgot to post a couple of items that I sold, the buyers reported me and now ebay have said get bent! I dont know what to do as I rely on ebay to buy things I need and sell stuff when Im short of cash, help!

Same here. Suspended. Faxed them from Asia. They're still happy to make the customer second! Paypal aren't any better either! All personal opinion of course. Higher feedback and special ac's get preferential treatment! Cest la vie...

yeah me, for not paying 20 quid i didnt even know i owed. I hadnt even been on ebay for months and they sent me a letter saying i owed this money for using their services, which i didnt use!!! I'm still suspended due to the fact they are not having my 20 quid.

I was suspended once. I had to sign and mail in a form. Once they got that form, they reinstated me immediately.
It depends on what you've done to tick them off. But if it's minor, it's really easy to get back on.

be very careful with e-bay, we had our account suspended thru a mistake they theirselves made, and then, not content with that, they proceeded to take just over £700 from our bank account when in actual fact the amount they should have taken was £70...........beware!

forget it, ebay are long with suspended accounts. just open up a new one with another credit card in your name..and start trading ...
love it...

be wary when you get emails from ebay. there lots of fake ones (phishers)
