Nothing. Usually, one normal testes is able to produce all of the testosterone the body needs.

No great concern. One testicle can produce enough testosterone for normal development and it also produces enough sperm for fertilizing eggs. When you get old (60s) there is a natural decline in testosterone production and then you can get testosterone shots. If it is of great concern to you and you feel self concious when in a dressing room at the gym etc. or if you feel that lovers will notice and be concerned you can get an artificial testicle to match the one you got. Just go see a doctor and discuss your options.

nothing.. your sperm count will probably be lower and would make it more difficult to impregnate a woman but not impossible or even unlikely.
