First off, I am a stay at home mom for the most part. My boyfirnd works and I stay home with the children. Recently I was offered a job by my brother's boss to drive a truck from one part of the country to another so that it could be used at a job site. The job had first been offered to another one of my brother's for a couple hundred bucks, but then I was asked if I could drive a truck down to the job site and thinking it was another truck, I said yes. Then I find out too late that I had taken my brother's job.
The deal on the job was that I would drive the truck the 800 plus miles to the area of the job site, be given a motel room for the night and then be flown back home.
So everything was going fine, but then at the airport, the boss that gave me the job (and I believe owns the construction comapny) said to me on the way out to his private plane, "we usually make girls fly topless, but since you are older (i am almost 30) we will make an exception, but if you 18-22 you would

then after getting back home to our local airport he gave me a ride to my house. On the way home he was asking me if anyone had ever had sex with me anally and said he would love to break me in. He also was saying how he would love to make me a porn star.
he is the type of person that has a lot of money and then makes people feel like they are so much less than he is because of it and that I should have felt proud that he would even give me a second glance, let alone want to do all of those things to me.

After the insult about my chest because of my age (wich was done in front of his co-pilot) and then the degrading coments on the way home, I want to do something about it. I just don't know if there is anything that I can do because I am not a regular employee of his. Please help. Any info would be helpful. Thank you in advance. :-)

the job was a 1 time job. I am not an active employee of this man.. and I am glad of it. but the incident has left me feeling very degraded and it is just really hard to shrug off. One of my brother's that still works woth him, talks about him every time I talk to him on the phone and I cannot stand it. And the man was deffinately not joking about the anal and porn star parts. maybe the topless part, but not the porn part and joke or not, it was downright rude! and not something a boss should say to an employee, even if it was just a temporary job.

he doesn't have a supervisor himself if he owns the company, so if i am to lodge a complaint, to whom do I lodge it with? and how do I go about it and should I even do it in the first place?

Not much chance.

You are lacking corroberating testimony or evidence of your allegations.

Yes, it is definitely harrassment. If you had any proof you would have him nailed right now.

But, your testimony alone won't win the case. He will make you out as a sl*t or a nut case and the jury will let it go.

Sorry but that is the state of things as you told them to me.

while the bosses comments are way off line and probably raise to a level of harassment, what do you want to happen? In reality it will come down to a he said/ she said I bet his pilot will testify on his behalf first. second unless he admits stating those words you will need other proof. The third when or if you make a claim with the state you know your brother most likely will be fired from his job, and probably nothing will happen to the boss

The way I see it, you only have one card: the co-pilot, he actually heard this guy verbally harass you; but I doubt that he would want to lose his job testifying. For the other stuff you could file a obscenity type complaint, if all the women he's ever done this to would have done that, then the police would have a paper trail and eyewitnesses to prosecute.

Yes, I think you could. But before you do really ask yourself: Do I feel sexually harrassed? If yes, is it worth it to me to go through all this trouble for this guy (who is a dumbass that you don't like)? And even if I lose, will it still be worth it?

That being said, I think most people are happier not letting things like this fester.

REVENGE IS SWEET...but i think you should consult some professional advice...we women are being degraded and we have to do something about it...you could always quit it if it will affect you greatly...you could always embarrass him in front of the public and quit...

I think this is definitely sexual harassment. I would lodge a complaint. He is a sleaze bag. How revolting.

sounds to me like he was joking, BUT I would be offended as well. You can file a report but if you don't have a proof all he will get is a warning.
