In Windows: Go to Start, then Settings, then Control Panel. Once the Control Panel opens up, click Add or Remove Programs. When the list populates, find the Real Player. Click on it/check it, and then hit "Remove." The Real Player will uninstall.

Realtek 97 is your sound card on board you motherboard. Just download realplayer again and reinstall it. Good luck!

real playey is not generaly by realtek.com.tw

realplayer is normally from www.real.com

there is no realplayer listed on the realtek.com.tw website.

if the software came installed with your system you can attempt to restore it using the original restore disks for your system
