A pretty dress - not too low cut and not too short.
The best is something fitted, but not tight, with a flowing skirt, to allow circulation to keep you cool.
Depending on your office dress code, you may want to stay away from thin straps, but a cute puff ball sleeve would look good.
Natural fabrics like cotton and linen allow your skin to breathe, as so dont make you sweat as much as man made fabrics - which also tend to make people a bit wiffy by the end of the day.

Cotton clothes, short skirt, sleeveless/very shrot sleeved tops that are not too tight, open sandals and a change of underwear in your bag :) . Wearing nothing will not solve the problem cause you need some material to absorb the sweat you cannot avoid. Try a towel at least

you can get some really trendy looking tops from good Hiking/Camping stores now, they are made of special material that wicks away sweat from the body so you don't feel wet and sticky. They work out about the same price as a normal casual top. The special material evaporates the sweat very quickly so you always feel dry.

Clothes - cotton or linnen. I don't much mind flip-flops, myself (but then, I don't have to deal with clients, so I don't have to think how stylish I look). But I support - no artificial fabrics, that would make you sweat and then could cause allergy on your skin... unfortunately.
And, if possible, the batteries for the air conditioning remote control... :)

I heard somewhere that a dress that is dark but made of a non absorbing material keeps the air flowing.. IT makes sense in theory.
