when i say (I) we are talking about one within you, i.e. you who form by various elements such as energy, material, vibration, etc.

when i say (We) means reffer to a combination of this elements.

we understand
just so that you know i'm not mocking you.
we believe every being is composed of many spiritual bodies that exist in union so that the final result is the entity in question.
therefore when we occasionally say "I" we do so in order for others to understand and not to believe we are some sort of freak.
:) i'm sure you understand.
we personally believe that "we" and "i" are the same thing. we however do not believe that there is "one" within you, as you mentioned it. We are composed of us as we have figured out that one entity is the sum of the physical body and other, many other spiritual bodies that align perfectly. well, that's the best case scenario anyway.
maybe you sometimes wondered why some ppl say "i feel like i'm upside down" when they feel sick ill whatever. among other explanations, one is that some of the spiritual bodies are literally not aligned with the rest and literally twisted - upside down -
