Good question!
One thing that i'm pretty sure, i will not live till then to see by myself lol. At least it will not happen in this 100 yrs, i'm pretty sure.
Well i think most likely will be the same as the end of dinosaurs; Or it will be die to extreme air pollution, resulted by ourselves, the Earth is no longer suitable for living; Or it will be an atomic exploding which is powerful enough to destroy the whole whold in 1 go.

You gave the answer to the end of the world. If you mean life as we know it on this planet then that could come at any time for several reasons. A large meteor, a nuclear war and a massive pandemic are only three reasons. Even if life as we know it is gone there will still be life to evolve again. Until the earth becomes like Mars life will exist. Global warming may cause this in the future. At this time there is no one answer.

Starvation and diseases like Aids. People will die because they won't have any natural resources left to feed then and keep up and running. That will be the end of the human race, but earth will recover from this and go on, only the people will in the end of the day, and sadly they will take alot of species (animals and plants) with them.

People, Just as many other civilizations have mysteriously vanished, people will cause it again. the Inca, Aztec, just disappeared and no one knows why or how. I say it was either a war where they killed off each other or a disease that a new comer brought to them but some how the end was brought about from a person.

Revelation 16:15, KJV:  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16:16  And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
16:17  And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

Nature will allow the planet to continue until a giant asteroid collides with it or the sun goes nova. We have already had the asteroid so my money's on the sun.
