Make sure you do your research. There is nothing wrong with getting breast implants, just as long as you have realistic expectations. Get a size that goes with your body structure. If you are petite framed, don't go with DDs. I had breast implants a little over a year ago, and you can't even tell. It all depends on what you want to get out of it......I hope my answer helps.

If you are unhappy with your body then modern technology has provided a remedy. I had breast implants 5 years ago and can honestly say it has changed my life. My confidence has improved and I no longer constantly think about my breasts.
My advice: See several companies and aks as many questions as you need to. Choose a surgeon who you feel comfortable with and ask to see pictures of their work.
Make yourself aware of the risks, there is something like a 5% likelihood of problems and you should know what they are.
Don't get greedy and go to big, they will look fake and thats not pretty! Get just enough to enhance your natural body shape.

Most people would love to change something about themselves, this is an extreme change to say the least. Make sure you have researched for a good couple of months and make a decision based on that research. Remember something though, your breasts are there to feed your children, not for a mans/womans comfort. Ok i agree they are a very nice part of a woman, however they are nice weather they are large or tiny, size of breast is NOT important... only to you...... Good luck

Get breast implant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India.There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India.They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.They also have photos pasted of their International patients.You can checkout their website.The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world.The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done,you are better off getting it done in India.

Well that depends on really if you want then or if your just influenced because it will change your life.If you are a c or higher then dont but if you are pretty small and have major issues with this then go for it but just realize the risk youre taking.not just mentally but physically durring the surgery,things could go wrong.

if u have self confidence problems coz of small boobs then i think u should go for it but if its just because big boobs is the in thing n everybody's getting it then u shouldn't. And if u wanna get implants coz guys aren't looking at you, then u shouldn't get them coz its not worth getting them for those kinda guys.

I have friends who are natural DDs and they want a reduction.
Concentrate on being the best you that you can be. If someone is only attracted by your boobs they are not worth it.

Take a look at someone who had them done 25 years ago ... do you wanna look like that someday?? Don't do it ... stay natural.
