Now these days Techno music can do a 4 years age kid!
There are lots of music software for tekno music in market and they are easier than microsoft word! Just drag the readymade loop drum, bass and synth sound on the window or track, play it ..... and its a composition!!!!!!???!!!
You don't need to know what is chord, how to hold chord on guitar, is there anything in music called 3/4!

Definetly check out www.clubland.fm and www.ministryofsound.com ....Those are the two top labels in the UK for techno, and personally my favorite is Clubland...It's my life :-)
