There is no short cut to get rich. However, i have some good experience that you may want to consider.

Let me share my idea with you!
When you are not affordable to get whatever you want, it is a prove that you are financially insecure. Work in the private sector is good but, if you are still young try to make money with every single seconds that you have. E.g: Work at home after your working hours or during weekend. Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.

What do you mean by rich? Rich in knowledge, love, friends? Order of importance to the above? Rich in finances? How rich? Why do you want to get rich?

It's all in schooling. You could try the webmaster entrepreneur thing, like Mark Cuban did (owner of the Dallas Mavericks). All of the "young millionaire" stories involve entrepreneurship, and that usually takes an MBA or some sort of degree that has to do with numbers and grids and the economic system. You know, one of those boring classes. Me? I want to be a musician. I would rather make $10,000 a year doing something I have fun with, than $100,000 a year stressing out over monthly earnings and stocks... but that's just me.

Determine how much money you want and design stages to achieve that goal. I am a small delivery service. I never made over 20 thousand ever in my life. I bought a half ton pickup and started talking to furniture stores and started deliverying furniture, hot tubs and pool tables and my first year I made 80 thousand. This year is my third year. If I wasn't married I be loaded. Smile. Selling real estate is a fast way.

in this kind of issue the number of legal stuffs u can do is limted, but i think.
pornography,contant lottery attempts,marry a very wealthy individual,
and for the illegal stuffs,
kidnapping, robbing a bank, and probably making fake money.
but all these methods above i seem will be even too fast for you, i still think the only to get rich now is, get up and do something.
