For all around best reputation, Harvard. Though, this does not mean it is the best for you.

Some other "really good" options
The "Ivy League" -- Columbia, Cornell, UPenn, Yale, Princeton, etc.
Other "Great Schools" -- Georgetown, Stanford, University of Chicago
Party Schools -- USC, Florida State, Boston University, University of Texas
Science & Technology -- MIT or Cal Tech
Small College -- Amherst or Swarthmore
State University (generally cheaper) -- UCLA, Cal Berkeley, University of Virginia, University of Michigan
Best Liberal Arts Program -- St. John's College, Campuses in Annapolis, MD or Santa Fe, NM.
