Well, it depends on what kind of techno he likes.
For me, I like heavy/hardcore techno, happy hardcore, and hardcore w/vocals.
To name a few: Who's your Daddy? - Benny Benassi, It's a Dream - DJ Dean, Everytime We Touch - Cascada(although it was a bit overplayed in radios at one point) and Radio Rockin' - Dj Brisk & DJ Ham.
I swear, theres too many techno/electronica out there nowadays.

Try going online to one of the Belgian online stream radio stations for whats fresh. Also there is www.slamfm.nl in Holland occasionally plays some fresh rave on weekend evenings.

Get him Aphex Twin- Richard D. James album. It will blow his mind. Then again, maybe don't. He might not pay attention to you anymore because he can't stop listening to that album. Or, get him like Northern Exposure 2 or some cheesey trance stuff.
