You have to go to the hotmail email options. Then you can enable the viewing of email attachments. However, opening up attachments leaves you open to viruses and spyware. Hotmail lets you view your email without opening it which is safe. I suggest only opening attachments from people you know only.

Sounds like you have the email option settings set to high security. Should be able to un-select not opening attachments..but then be careful what you open.

forword ur email to another id & try to download ur attachment.
if u r not have any virus with ur mail.
