The Clash because they had meaningful yet fun and senseless music all rolled up into one. Oh and Paul Simonon is extremely hot...the Strokes are my runner-up for this question. I love Julian!

Aerosmith, Maroon 5, The Redwalls, Kings of Leon......tired of typing, but it's a pretty long list. As to why, I like plenty of soul in my music, Rock or otherwise.
