You can disable validation...but then you will not be able to get any updates. Your receipt doesn't matter. It's the product key that is checked. If this is invalid or a copy, it will fail validation. Copies of Windows versions sell for the same price where ever you go. If you got "a deal"...then you probably got an illegal copy.
