It really Depends on when it is being Used. It can be a Word that is being used in a State that (the person) using it Is feeling sorry for themselves, but it is also a Word that is just being used by Teens, because it sounds so Totally Kewl, and They Don't Even Know What It Means.

I think emo means that they are the kids who go around feeling sorry for themselves and they cut themselves. Just crap like that. You know, their lives are harder than everybodyelse's out there.

Easy!Emo means fake losers who complain about life and make it out to seem so cool,by cutting themselves.Basically just another word for poser.lol.
