I like having different races and cultures and customs.
I think it would be a great loss to blend and not have the differences.
What fun would it be to go travelling half way around the world and not find anything any different than at home.
Likewise, I like having different ethnic neighbourhoods and foods.
What if we all looked alike.
Height, Hair colour, Eye Colour, Then the only differences would be which plastic surgeon we'd go to to have our selves altered so that we can look different from everyone else.
The Whole fun in meeting new people is that they are different, unique and precious in the eyes of God.
No, I like that people are different and sometimes we bump around into each other like a pin ball machine ball. But we figure it out and are better for the experience.
God Bless You, ;-)

My friend, it has already happened. It has been going on for millions of years. We are all the same species and we're all mixed up together even if some portions of certain populations get isolated for a few generations. Race is just something that we made up; there is only the human race and the differences between us are superficial, cultural, historical, geographical, political. And the world would be a much better place if people could accept that and stop trying to pretend that there are uncrossable barriers between us because of unimporatant differences like skin tone or eye shape.
But there is something called "hybrid vigour". What happens is that when members of certain populations that have been seperated for a long time come together and produce offspring, their children tend to inherit the best traits of both parents and they are much less likely to manifest genetic problems or diseases that may have become typical or more common in the culture the parents came from. You may have heard come people say that children of mixed couples are often very beautiful. This is part of hybrid vigour. If the community of one parent has tended to develop big ugly noses and the community of the other parent shows a lot of back hair, the children will likely come out without these extreme features and are more likely to be symmetrical, well proportioned, and therefore better looking.
Right now scientists are not sure if this hybrid vigour just shows up for a generation or two and eventually all of our genetic problems and shortcomings will come to the surface again after a couple of generations, or if it will make for a permanent improvement in humanity.
100 years ago it was said that English, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh people were all different races and many people thought calamitous things would happen to humanity if they mixed together. Now we hardly recognize a distinction between those peoples at all. But what has happened in that time is that we have all shifted around, and now there are new barriers and distinctions between people that hardly could have been imagined 100 years ago. If you're worried that we're all going to mix up and become the same, don't worry, humanity will invent new distinctions, new barriers, and there will be new heritages to pass on to the children. We keep changing, mixing, separating, converging and diverging and it will always be this way.
But my final word is that I think people should be able to choose their reproductive partners by whatever means works best for them and nobody should make them or their children suffer for it.

I think we've been mixing the races since the beginning of time. Right now all the races are made up of mixed races. I think that no matter how mixed we get, we will still find a way to create lines of distinctions between people. Maybe it's our way of trying to be unique and to belong to a group at the same time. Maybe the only way we can unify as one race, is when we meet and interact with beings from another planet...like your relatives perhaps.

That will be cool since most will look half Indian and half Chineese. They take away the biggest share. Even if the races don't mix together there is big chance that the white race as we see today will be eliminated (sorry - I am not a racist). This is the opinion of many conservatives based on population decline in Russia, US and most European countries. The Latin Americans, Indians and the Chineese races will continue to grow. The African population will slightly decline due to climatic changes and drought associated with Global warmng...

No. Each race has specific characteristics, strengths and also weaknesses. By mixing races, new hybrid combinations are created, and in most cases that is no problem. But there are some possible combinations that could lead to unusual medical conditions. However, this would not effect every individual, just a certain percentage of the people.

I do not know whether they SHOULD but they most certainly ARE already. This will only increase as our world becomes smaller and smaller due to the net and an individuals increasing ability to travel globally. People will always have a sense of pride of their origins but increasingly these origins will be traced from several races. I think this is the natural path of human evolution. It will be very interesting to see what the human race looks like in a hundred years or so. Won't it???

The world would be a better place if people married for love, regardless of race, and then served each other and stayed faithful and taught their kids to do the same.
...and besides, everyone knows: mixed-race kids are BEAUTIFUL

hmm I am not racist, but I dont see very many instances in nature where a blue bird procreates with a robin or a frog with a trout or a deer with a carabou or a lion with a cheetah....etc etc. Personally while I dont think it is a sin and I dont look down apon it....I dont think it is the best way to solve the worlds problems either. I may be an asshole but I have never even been attracted to a man who was another color or other distictive difference. Mayby I am weird but I find all our distinctions wonderful and special....why meld it all into one?

I simply don't agree with you there, not only would that take a really long time...I would prefer at least in my liftime not to have to have sex with some one of another race...Now don't call me a racist right off the bat...I simply don't find ethnic people sexually arousing, and there is nothing wrong with that, as people I really give two shytes, as well....Im a b-a-s-t-a-r-d when it comes to humanity as a whole.....having one race would do nothing more than actually perpetuate the "Isolation" that we all feel now...
Imagine all being the same, yet you are still ousted...what a kick in the chops...

To answer your first question, that is possible. But on your second question, I think there would be no difference at all if all races were mixed as we are created to satisfy our needs (food, shelter, sex, spiritual, etc), so there will still be consumption all around us. The earth will still provide us with these to the point where it can`t give of itself anymore. So, the end will still be the same...
