Ideally, my purpose in life is to find my center, the very foundation of my faith, beliefs and values. Once I have established this, there will be peace and contentment in me, and I don`t have to look for it anymore. I can live in any condition after this, as I am not in search. That, for me, is the ideal and visionary way of looking at it.

Live a happy life by being aware of yourself and your environment!
Only eat healthy vegetarian food and only drink fresh water and tea!
Do not eat any sugar or products that contain added sugar!
Do never eat processed or pre-prepared food, fast food or anything coming out of a microwave oven!
Keep fit through regular exercise, but avoid extreme sports and too much exposure to sunlight!
Be always friendly and polite, help others and don't be afraid to speak your mind!
Stay away from organised religions and political parties and develop instead your own spirituality and political opinion!
Work hard, but only do things you enjoy doing!
And never forget that you only live once!

That's a good question...because of my love of beer, I've lived by the seat of my pants ! I've been to 40 of the 50 states and over seas...usually with no money when I get there ! I ended up in the Honolulu airport with the DT's ..the clothes on my back, and 93 cents in my pocket. Talk about a learning experience ! You have to become street wise....just do it ! good luck.

i would finally open my animal shelter...i would push for harsher punishment for animal and child abuse.
i would fund research for asthma...(i have that).
i would do a lot....to much to write down here. my ideal way of living would be to do whatever i could for the ones i love, and the things i care about most. (which i do, but i don't have tons of money), my life's purpose would be to help those that cannot help themselves. and if money wasn't an issue! wow! i would be able to do a lot!

Build meaningful relationships .. with everyone and everything. Thats all that ever mattered to me. It brings joy and a sense of purpose closer to what (I believe) God would want from us.

If money were not an issue...I would indulge my private fantasy of being the world's most generous, anonymous philanthropist.

There are many things I would like to do for me and my husband, and for our friends and family. These are mainly fun, material things such as trips and paying off mortgages, etc. I would also take his mom and my mom to car dealerships and let them pick a new car of their choice. Neither of them has ever had the pleasure of driving a brand spanking new car off the lot.

My work would consist of doing things for other people. My husband and I have actually talked a lot about what we would do if money was not an issue, and for me, the joy of a situation like that, besides not having to worry about ourselves, would consist in giving money away, not in the form of cash, but in the form of services to help people. I have a lot of ideas about projects I would like to fund both in my community and in other countries, including, but not limited to:

Setting up a really good shelters for women in my community. There are women's shelters, but they are unable to provide really good services other than a semi-safe place to sleep and some legal help. The ideal shelter would provide all sorts of services to help women recover from abuse and learn new skills, including job skills, so they can continue with their lives.

Buying up a lot of houses in our downtown area, remodeling them, and creating low-income housing. People usually don't want low-income housing in their areas, so I wouldn't build apartment buildings. Rather, I would spread it out so that people who don't have much would live in regular neighborhoods and be able to send their kids to good schools. Housing is very expensive in our area, and there are far too many families where both parents are working too hard (sometimes both parents work more than one job) just to keep some food on the table. I would like to relieve them of the burden of trying to find a decent place for their families to live.

I would endow college scholarships all over the place, not just in my state or country. Most of them would be need-based, but some of them would just be for reasons that are dear to my heart, such as scholarships to support future teachers who are truly dedicated to the ideal of teaching children so they can have a good education and a desire to continue learning throughout life.

I would set up programs in third world countries to help communities with whatever they need. One of my first issues to address would be worldwide vaccinations for young children. Too many children die because they don't get their baby shots. I would also address larger problems, like AIDS in Africa, with a combination of educational programs, free medications, clinics, etc. I would also like to set up programs to help people with sustainable living, such as providing farm animals and seed, and then continuing support, so they could increase their standards of living. And education for everyone, everywhere!

I think if I could constantly feel like I was helping someone in a big way, with something they cannot do on their own, I could die truly happy.

Until then, I have to content myself with doing small things to try and brighten the lives of those around me and in my community. Sometimes, all I can do is walk an older person to their car, load up their purchases, and then take their cart back to the cart corral. I guess, when I think about it, I can die truly happy if those small things are all I am ever able to do. But oh! To have the money to do big things as well....
