personally i think america deserved 9/11 because we found out that we are not "invisible" and no one would have ever suspected that an airplane could be used as a weapon off mass destruction

no one deserved that. their were babies on those planes...did they deserve that? and to be quite honest...i never thought we were invisible, and i knew it was just a matter of time before someone did something. we have pissed off enough people in the past that something was bound to happen.
could it happen again. YES it could, it didn't start with 9/11 ya know. remember a little something called Pearl Harbor. we obviously didn't learn from that either! anything is possible!

Nobody deserves what happened on 9/11. That's an awful thing to say. It certainly could happen again, in spite of tighter security. It's just not possible to be completely safe from attacks.

Your reason that we deserved it is not a reason why we deserved it. You are saying that the attack was useful because it showed us our weakness/blind spots. This is not the same thing as deserving something.

But whatever. You weren't really asking a question anyway--just finding a forum to spout your half-baked opinions on things in the hopes of upsetting people.

Sounds like a valiant objective for a fulfilling life.

Yes. Even though it gets harder to fly on a commercial jet every day there are still many public venues that go unpatrolled and unsuspected of terrorist activity.

I am sure that there are still many large office buildings and museums in urban areas that are neither secured or patrolled. I think eventually a terrorist will figure out how to carry out an an attack in a method that we cannot even imagine.

Only if it were to happen on 9-11.Which statistically is high but not impossible. If one were to create such a horriffic event, why would they want to be tied to something else.Wouldn't they want their own glory and day of recognition.

no one deserves to be attacked, and i agree security is too tight now. and if "invisible" referres to The Pledge of Allegiance, its "indivisible."
