you can be too busy whenever the friend trys to get together with
you. you can be accidently obnocious (is that correct) so that they
will get annoyed with you. or you can try the old & tested method
of sitting down and talking honestly. but you might want to do this
in a public setting.

Introduce him to someone else. Give him a giftcard for $10 and send him shopping...block him from contacting you....tell him youre moving overseas....tell him you're gay...tell him nothing at all and cut off all contact.
