Are you asking about the one with Staci Keanan with Cheryl Ladd plays her mom and Lisa makes crank calls to this guy she doesn't know is a serial killer?
My best friend in high school showed me that movie and we loved it for it's pure, unrefined "cheese"! We thought it was hilarious!
Just a couple of years ago my friend found it on VHS (what could be cheesier?) and sent it to me. The cover says, "Lisa is only flirting... but flirting with Richard is flirting with death!"
