The "wooden interdental stimulator" is probably a wordy way of saying "tooth-pick". The "fake-bake salons" looks like jargon for a "tanning salon".

"To maintain a state of high-level wellness" is a verbose form of "To stay healthy", though the latter is nearly a cliche.

It's more cryptic than cloudy to my eye, and of questionable logic since dental floss and brushing are better than tooth-picks, and no form of deliberate radiant tanning including natural sunlight is very good for one's skin. Nice to have a touch of tan from being outdoors, but who needs skin cancer.

I'd come back with "To stay healthy, floss and brush your teeth regularly, and moderate your exposure to sunshine."

It would sound less lame with a context. If American English isn't your native language, you might benefit from watching TV because most people are strongly influenced by the way words are used there. On the other hand, TV can rot the mind, so moderate your exposure to that too!

It sounds quite "ley" already. The only thing you could change to simplify it is the beginning: "To keep healthy, one should..."

"Wooden interdental stimulator." Is that the techical term for tongue-suppressor?
