I can't speak for all the ladies, but it depends on where the hair is. If it's on the chest, then I like a little, if it's on the back, then I hate it. If its down south, I like it.(but trimmed), if its on their head on their shoulders, then yes. If it's a mustache, then yes (very sexy), if it's a beard, hate it.

No... Actually, i like the hair as long as it isn't too much. I wouldnt want hairon his back or butt. In the normal places i like it, like on the nuts and pits and face.. thats fine with me. It would be discusting if he shaves anything other than his face.
