The best way to learn anything is to find a practical use for it and practise. So, in the case of times tables, practise often, and do the math problems, over and over again. Look up the answer if you need to, but eventually, after doing hundreds of them, you should be able to recall a few of them. It works. Trust me.

But you really need to do your math!

Learn them in a song , and sing them as rote drill daily.

I usually don't recommend rote memorization, but this is one of those times when you do it.
