Do they work and how well do they work? What kind have you used and where have you gotten it?

Yes, I have used a tennis ball repressurizer. And they do repressurize the balls -- it just takes time under the pressure for the air to diffuse back into the ball.

Don't use it anymore because the balls are pretty scruffy after a typical match.

Most ball savers are not re-pressurizers but pressure savers. They compress the air around the balls so air does not leak out of the balls. You cannot repressurize a ball you can only keep it from being depressurized. Ball savers that keep constant pressure around the ball do work and allow the balls to retain their lively bounce longer.

No, I haven't. When the ball is dead you just throw them away. It will cost more to get the machine than buying 10 cans of balls.
