where and how can see how my representative voted on a bill.?

Your rep should have a web site. Usually on these web sites, it gives voting history. If I know who your rep was, I could show you where exactly on his or her site the voting history was.

Here is a link to the Congressional record,has listings of votes,debates,etc.

go online to google and look up the bill number, that will give you a site that tells you who voted what for it.
