I have 2(proper dosage) tylenol pm's in front of me. I can either take them and go to bed, or stay online and continue to talk to my bf on aim and answer people's questions. btw: its 11:36 right now and I have no plans whatsoever for tomorrow

Go on answering till your head droops. You will be naturally led to sleep instead of pill assisted sleep. Natural is always better. Don't you agree?
