Well I have started to loose weight and I am extremely over weight and I was wondering if any one else here as lost an extreme amount of weight and if so and you have before and after pictures do you think you could send them? I am curious as to how a amale reacts to loosing weight oh yes and how much did you loose. I know woman who have lost a lot of weight but lets face it men and woman are completely different if a woman looses 20 pounds you notice if a male looses 20 pounds you don't normally notice. Now I'm not saying 20 pounds is a lot I'm saying like losing 100 or 200 pounds or something if you could send me the pictures it would be greatly appriciated and possibly help motivate me to loose weight in having a better idea on how I might look.
