Who is would win in a battle between Iron Man and Batman? They are both humans without super powers.?

They both have sweet costumes. They are both rich billionaires. They are both human "super heros".

Assuming that both heroes know they are going to be fighting each other, Batman by far. He'd have an EMP ready, or hack into Iron Man's armor. If they didn't plan on a fight, it'd be more of a toss-up depending on if Batman had some anti-Iron Man tools at his disposal. But in the case of a sudden match, I'd give it to Iron Man because of his awesome armor.

Bat Man would win this bout hands down!
Look at the history between the two.

Bat Man always and I mean Always loses the first round.
Especially if he's fighting someone whose fighting style he doesn't know. He then goes back to the Bat Cave studies the encounter and comes up with a solution to defeat his foe. Bat Man would do the same thing to Iron Man.

Even Hawkeye, a hero with no powers just a quiver full of trick arrows, foiled Iron Man once by slamming old shell head on the noggin with an acid arrow. Iron Man was taken by surprise and had to fly away at high speeds to evaporate the acid before it consumed his helmet.

Bat Man could use Acid-or an EMP- or Bats could crush Iron Man in an 80 ton press destroying him him Terminator style-there are a thousand and one ways to screw with machines no matter how advanced they are.
Deep Mud can still incapacitate a modern tank and mud is as old as dirt!

And don't forget Montgomery Scott's words of wisdom...
"Them more complicated the machinery the easier it is to muck it up." or words to that effect.

My vote comes down to (Bat) man over (Iron Man ) machine any day.

If it was a surprise fight, I'd give it to Iron Man - his armor has too many weapons for Batman to defend against. Not only that, but everyone seems to forget that Tony Stark has one of the superior intellects in the Marvel Universe, which puts him on par with Bats.

However, if it was a fight that both combatants knew about, then Bats would take the Iron Man down in a matter of time - he would be able to build his own Iron Bat armor, design tinkertoys that would negate Iron Man's armor, etc., etc., thus putting him at Batman's mercy.

The one who has the more advanced technology gains the upperhand. Iron Man has the Extremis armor. I dont think Batman can think of any better than that. Its infused in Iron Man's body and he has a genius level intellect. Unless Batman can think of any better than that, he would probably merge his Wayne Enterprises to Stark Enterprises. If you cant beat em, join em.

It would ultimately lead to the conclusion that DC and Marvel has finally merged. Just kidding. Does anybody here know Alan Moore, maybe he has a good answer.

Tough call. Iron Man is far stronger and can resist most forms of attack. OTOH Batman is very crafty and unless taken by surprise has already figured out how to approach the problem.

Best guess: Batman would concoct a knockout gas which can penetrate Iron Man's air filters. Or trick him into knocking himself out by running into a very large solid object.

If Iron Man ever gets his hands on Batman, though, goodbye Caped Crusader. (*SQUISH*)

All of this assumes Tony has gone stark raving mad (pun intended) yet again, otherwise they wouldn't be fighting.

Batman really. Tony Stark is an engineer, Batman spent his life preparation to strive against crime and has discovered multiple combating kinds. they're both billionares with multiple contraptions which could cancel one yet another out, so it may ought to boil right down to the fellow contained in the in structure. Tonys personality is what Batman pretends to be as Bruce Wayne.

back when I collected comic books, I'd have to say Iron-man because of his armored suit; but Batman will not go down easily.
But then again Batman could make his own type of body armor, one of the last issue I bought was Batman fighting the Predator and in the last issue Batman had made a body armor for him; yeah it was nothing like Ironman.....

To conclude I'd still say Ironman but Batman would give him a good fight.

Batman alone however...

Batman is of course, quite weak compared to iron man in terms of raw power. But in terms of adaptability to the situation, our caped friend stays unbeaten, knowing this, I would assume:

Batman would have one of those "special" suits prepared and the odds would be evened.

Iron man will be surprised.

I'd go with Iron Man, because I believe he paid more attention to his businesses and he could probablly try to leverage Wayne Industries and then put Bruce out of work! Or expose him. More likely, he'd offer him a merger and make him his sidekick.
