I have a one year old, high end computer that never acts up.
But now I get the error page a lot and turning off the computer and back on does not help. I still get the browser error page.
Running Windows XP.

It usually has nothing to do with your computer itself. This is typically a browser issue. Try doing a disk cleanup and empty Temp and Temp Internet files. If that doesn't do it, did you recently add anything regarding your browser security, like firewall settings? Does the same page always com back with not available? Parental locks for certain content? Change your browser security settings? Add restricted sites? For some reason it's blocking downloading some pages.

Check your Internet connection. That's the first place to start.
Then check your Internet options.
then reinstall your browser
Then, if all else fails, contact customer support.
