see, I didnt like the Bare minerals brand. I use a mineral foundation from bombshellbath.com. And I have plenty of blemishes that are covered easy with the foundation! It looks sooo natural too. Depending on your apllication it can either cover alot or little.

I use the Bare Escentuals which is probably the same product. Works well, but try it before you buy it. There probably is a boutique or Sephora shop who carries it near you. Make an appointment to let them show you how to use the product for the best effects. If there isn't a location near you I believe there is a money back guarantee. QVC usually runs good deals on this where you receive the correct application brush with the foundation, mineral veil and bisque.

I've been using it for one week now and am loving it. You need to go to Sephora and have them do a makeover to show you how to apply it. I just bought the Well Rested and it is great for those under eye circles. I don't really have a blemish problem, so can't address that. I do love the feel of my skin with this on vs liquid and other foundations. it feels light and fresh all day. and like i'm hardly wearing anything. does well in the heat too.

if you know how to apply it, it's great. i use it everyday. i seriously get compliments on how my face is flawless or looks airbrushes. i have been using it for 2 1/2 years and love it. to cover blemishes use the bare minerals bisque, then foundation. it works wonders. bisque: $23 ; foundation: $25.

I don't think it really works for blemishes... like zits n stuff. Don't cover up your blemishes... fix em. Spend the money on Pro Active... that works.

Use the bare escentuals "well rested" to cover the pimples and redness and then a buffing of foundation all over.
I've worked in the cosmetics business for 30 years and Bare escentuals are wonderful! I wear them, I love them I don't even sell them in my store either!

Definitely go to Sephora and try it first since it is expensive. It covers dark undereye circles well with the bisque color using the small concealer brush. I do have to buff on a few coats to get full coverage, just one coat doesn't do much, but it still feels really light.

I am heading to Sephora today and will be trying it out...I'm curious but very skeptical! I've watched some of the how-to videos on Sephora's site, and it doesn't appear to cover much at all...
