No. Sasuke is way to messed up to get a crush on a radom girl he's only seen. He's too into that, "I'm a weapon/avenger/tool" philosophy. He's internalized it, so he does his best not to have feelings/emotions. And even if he did like a girl, he'd only hurt her.
