There is no hard and fast rule as to what's supposed to be in a company profile (and therefore the outline).

I would put in the outline:
Name of company
Address incl. phone, fax, website address
Ticker
Exchanges
Sales last year
Major industry
Sub Industry (if applicable)
Country
Number of Full Time Employees
Business Description
